UCD Post-Doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 Or 2, UCD School Of Business (24 Months)
University College Dublin (UCD) has openings for Post-Doctoral Research Fellow positions for a programme of research in Financial Econometrics or Emprical Finance. The candidate(s) will work in the Financial Mathematics Computation Cluster (FMC2). The FMC Cluster is a collaboration between Industry, University College Dublin (UCD), Dublin City University (DCU) and Maynooth University.
These positions are relevant for well-qualified students with postgraduate and doctoral degrees in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics and related disciplines.
Post-Doctoral Research topics includes:
(1) Asset Pricing and Risk
(2) Risk Management of Financial and Real Assets
(3) Fintech and applications
The Post-Doctoral Research Fellow position may be appointed at either UCD Post-Doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 or Level 2 depending on the relevant qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The position is full-time for a period of 24 months, with the possiblity of an extension of 12 months. There are no teaching requirements, but candidates have an opportunity to teach for supplementary salary.
