The education and outreach activities of FMC² focus on a number of distinct audiences. The core aim of its educational and outreach activities is to support the creation of a supply of highly-skilled personnel, trained post doctoral researchers and PhD graduates, and to support skills development of personnel in the financial services sector. More broadly, the FMC² education and outreach programme will also aim to encourage undergraduates in diverse majors including mathematics, engineering, science etc. to consider a career in finance and to encourage interest in finance, and essential enabling skills such as mathematics, in secondary school children.
